Overview
Intext Buildings Solutions, Inc. is a Distributor, Wholesaler and Importer of all finishing construction materials. Under
the control of David U. Ong and along with its sister companies, Dwightsteel Building Systems Inc., a manufacturing company
of roofing, metal deck, and all other steel materials, and Novell Steel Forms Corporation, handling ceiling/drywall framing
systems and finishing construction, these three companies import directly to the manufacturers.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To plan and organize its marketing strategies.
2. To prepare work schedules before the beginning of actual contracts and update these schedules during actual work
progress.
3. To coordinates interfaces of work among designers, architects, contractors and owners.
4. To communicate with the project engineers and clients/customers, and maintain cordial relation with all co-workers at
the site.
5. To prepare necessary specified materials as needed for proper stock lend of materials as required.
6. To prepare forecast of accomplishments and resource expendintures as a guide for monitoring progress against schedules
and budgets.
